Mutation

On purchasing any land or property within the municipal area mutation is necessary for transfer of right of paying the tax at own name. Similarly after death of a person also mutation is necessary to enroll the name of the successor in municipal record.

Mutation of a purchased property:

Collect a form, from the cash counter and submit the filled up form along with necessary document (i.e. Deed of the property, Settlement record (parcha) of the property, Up-to-date tax receipt, Map).

Mutation of a deceased property:

Collect a form, from the cash counter and submit the filled up form along with necessary document (i.e. deed of the property, Settlement record(parcha) of the property, up-to-date tax receipt, Death Certificate, Legal Heir Certificate).

Payment of tax:

To pay your property taxcome along with necessary documents (i.e. old/new tax receipt, Holding Number) within payment hour at municipal tax collection counter.
